Praise be to Allah. We praise Him and seek His help and forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evils within ourselves and the wickedness of our wrong deeds. He whom Allah guides, none can misguide, and he whom Allah sends astray, none can guide. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, Who has no partners, and I bear witness that our master and Prophet Muhammad is Allah’s Servant and Messenger. May Allah confer his bountiful peace and blessings upon him and his household and Companions.
O Muslims, Fear Allah, servants of Allah, as He should be feared; for the fear of Allah is the light of guidance and the source of life for one’s heart and conscience.
O Muslims, Allah has chosen the right religion for His servants. He has promised to make this religion superior over all other religions and to grant victory to His servants. He has also promised to annihilate falsehood and its advocates.
The life of the Prophet ﷺ is full of trials and afflictions and abounds in lessons and morals. It is necessary for us to know about the life of the Prophet ﷺ and how he acted in times of hardship. Zain al-Abideen (Rahimahullah) said, “We were taught the battles of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as we would be taught a surah from the Quran.”
All praise to Allah, Unique in His Lofty name, connected with the honourable, defending Kingship. He has no end and nothing is out of His reach. His Knowledge and Mercy encompass everything. And He completes for His servants widespread bounties. And He sends to them messengers from amongst themselves, the most precious of them, Arab and non-Arab. And much praise be to Allah as He gives much bounties. And I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone. He has no partner. And I bear witness that Muhammad is Allah’s servant and messenger, the best of creation (in) intellect, knowledge and tolerance, and the purest of them (in) soul and understanding. His Lord purified his spirit and body and He distanced him from faults and blemishes. May Allah’s salutations, peace and blessings be on him and on his pure good family and his companions, the fortunate personalities, and those who follow them in goodness until the Day of Judgement.
Then piety – O people – piety: Mandate it in private and public and prepare for what will save you on the day of presenting before Allah, for all of us are returning to Him. And there is nothing except reaching Delight, or the punishment of the Fire. And the one who is given the ability is the one who rescues his soul and prepares his tools for the great matter. May Allah recompense our broken hearts, and forgive our great sins, and guide us to what saves us from His punishment, and draw us near to His Mercy and His Door.

All the praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the ‘Alamîn, The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The Only Owner of the Day of Recompense. [Surah Fatiha: Ayaah 1-3] We praise Him, beseech Him for help and forgiveness, and seek refuge in Him from the evil of ourselves and from our bad deeds. Indeed whoever Allah guides, he can never go astray; and whoever Allah allows to go astray, there is none to guide him. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, the One God who has no partners. And I testify that Muhammad is Allah’s servant and messenger. He brought all that is good and warned against all that is evil. May Allah’s peace and blessings be on him, his family, his companions, and all those who follow them in righteousness until the day of Judgment.
Fellow Muslims, fear Allah and keep in mind that He watches over you, so submit yourselves to Allah and avoid all that He forbids. Allah says “Oh you who believe! Fear Allâh and keep your duty to Him. And let every person look to what he has sent forth for the morrow, and fear Allâh. Verily, Allâh is All-Aware of what you do.” [Surah Hashr: Ayah 18] The fear of Allah is the means of attaining the good things of this life and overcoming its troubles. Allah says “…And whosoever fears Allâh and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out..” [Surah Talaaq: Ayah 2]

Indeed all praise is due to Allah. We praise Him, seek His help, ask for His forgiveness, and we thank Him abundantly. He has given us countless bounties and bountiful provision. Glory be to Him. All deserves all Glory and Praise, and it our duty to acknowledge His greatness. I bear witness that there is no God worthy of worship except Allah alone who has no partner. This is a testimony by which we will enter Jannah. And I bear witness that Muhammad (Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam) is the servant and messenger of Allah the Almighty. He is the best of human beings in terms of lineage and race, characteristics and morality and his was a biography that enlightened the entire universe. May Allah’s abundant peace and blessings be upon him. This is part of the right of Muhammad (Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam) granted to him by Allah the Almighty. And may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon his family and companions, and those who supported and protected him as well as his successors and those who follow him in righteous deeds out of love for him and his message.
